What to edit:
- Graphics
- Sound
- Text
- Levels
- Other

Well, depends on what ROM ur tryna edit. If it's like SNES, u can try Lunar Magic for SMW. If it's GBA, APE for palette edits, Sappy for sound. But some of these tools are kinda outdated or buggy. What game u working on?
