Title: Unable to add Apple IIGS games

So I've tried like 3 separate times now to add an Apple IIGS game to the site and it keeps creating a blank listing instead of the one I just made.
I'm not getting an error code or anything saying what's causing this issue.

Ensure the file sizes for submitted images are relatively small. I typically submit images around 700px. Refer to the topics below:
