Title: EMAIL, MESSAGES, REPLY"S going UNSENT despite "Message Sent" notification

I've been noticing for a while now that my sent messages are not appearing in my history, despite the notification saying they were sent (I have nothing in my "sent" area since 2020. I have no recourse since now admins are starting to show signs they feel ignored, despite me being a good communicator for the past 5 years. Very strange. Any one else have nothing in their outbox or hear from admins wondering why we are giving the silent treatment after many years of believing your replies were being seen and they just weren't following up any further with them.

Messages will not show up in Sent Items unless you check "save a copy in my outbox."

Has been that way for years ye.

Didn't see any messages once sent. only the ones you receive
