You're just confirming my suspicions. :P
It's just a guy who's making stuff up. Over at Digital Press there was a guy that was faking awesome finds until we ratted him out and ran him off the forum.
Heck, that image doesn't even have an EXIF tag. It was wiped. So it's very likely fake.
