Title: Listing Art Problems
Post by: tpugmire on May 03, 2011, 10:05:12 am: I'm seeing a few listings with bad artwork, so just like the Duplicate Listing thread, I'll keep an updated list. If you come across any, post it here.

I have a number of classic games that I see have no artwork submitted and will be glad to scan my games for the site. I wish all my collection was in perfect condition but would it appropriate to submit a damaged label to fill in the gaps if there is no other image shown?

I'd say anything you have that will work is acceptable. Then if someone finds a replacement down the road, then they can update it.

Has watermarked images from MobyGames, I can't seem to find anything to replace them with at the moment. If anyone else can find replacements, please submit them. Other site's images are the devil. ha

... I actually have this. Two times, even. I can't scan them at the moment (my scanner's busted) but I can do it as soon as I buy a new one.

Also, I suggest warning users who upload watermarked images, and if they keep doing it, ban them.

Just resubmit an edit with the correct artwork. When it's approved it will be fixed.

I can not find a replacement so unless someone else finds one the disk image needs to be deleted.
