For my money I would just buy a flash cart,  I know some people love these but they are just copied games on an outdated format IMO.  I wouldn't spend more than 50 on it.

You can still buy Game Doctors directly from Bung (http://gamedoctorhk.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=72_1_7_84&products_id=201) for around fifty bucks, but as jcalder8 said they are outdated. Most games require two floppy disks to store and they take forever to load, if you can get that far since the menu is notoriously complicated. You're better off with a flash cart.
