These three Saturn games are, what appears to be, homebrew releases of prototypes games; released in extremely limited quantities at the CGE Expos in 2006. Due to the unofficial/homebrew nature of these games, and the fact that they were released in such a small quantity (no one knows/cares about these games), I vote that they be removed from the database rather than labelling them as Homebrew.
Why not label them as Homebrew, you may ask? Well, I for one don't like having Homebrew games mixed with Official Releases. It's like mixing Shrimp and Strawberries for me. Both are great foods, but when I eat them around the same time, it makes me nauseous. So can we please get categories such as "Sega Saturn - [Homebrew]" to go alongside categories like "Sega Saturn - [NA]" and every other system? Not only will it encourage users to add more Homebrew games, it'll make things a lot easier on major nitpickers like me.
Thanks in advance,
exo

I vote to leave them as is, that's why there is a homebrew option.

this site is not just a way to keep track of your collection it also a archive of video games and video game history and thats why i say keep them

But I'm just suggesting that we make a separate section for Homebrew games so that it doesn't mix with official releases.

You're missing the point entirely.

This is an idea that has been kicked around before. I like it, and I think it would help to clean things up a bit. When I see a new game that I don't recognize in a category that I know a lot about, it throws me.

I do understand the rational behind what you are asking, but for me it's just not a big deal. I am not sure how matt has the games entered into the database so it may not be that big a deal to add.

I don't think it would hurt to have a clear distinction between homebrew/indie/bootleg/repro entries and regular official games. Possibly some sort of colour coding like VGMdb? They list everything together (official/bootleg/anime/doujin/promo, etc) but each type of release has a particular colour assigned to it.
Example - http://vgmdb.net/db/albums.php?field=title

Good Deal Games' stuff is just glorified bootlegs for the most part.
I say keep them, but change them to bootlegs. They're not repros. They're not legit either.
(I've mentioned my stance on reproductions as a whole in the past. I don't like them but I don't think they should be removed either.)

I also think we should keep them.
