Title: What are the rules regarding adding soon-to-be-released titles?

I have a pre-order of Assassin's Creed 3 for PC and would add it to my collection if allowed. The relevant details are available on the Steam website and it comes out in 10 days.

As long as its officially announced and has a release date. I don't see a problem with it. But if a game is only speculated,  then that's a whole different story, cause we don't want to have a bunch of vaporware listed in the database.
