Title: Wish List suggestion
Post by: ko1ru on December 17, 2012, 09:30:34 am
I wonder how useful it might be to make the wish list more like the collection list, in that you can add notes or select how complete an item needs to be.  For instance, if someone is looking only for a box or manual for a particular game, they can select only box or manual.  Notes would be helpful to list a particular release or condition that's needed.

Just a thought.  :)

I like the way that you think!

Probably not a good idea if admins aren't able to approve *each and every* image.  Something like this could prove to be a headache for them and possible bad news for the site (unrelated content/images)...

I just would like an automated function to remove an item from a wish list if it is added to the collection list....  I feel dumb for presuming this would be standard and bought the same game twice because I only looked at my wish list and not my collection when hunting last time....  >.>'

Ya, currently the only way to get a game from your wishlist to your collection is to manually do it. I'm sure it's in the works to automate it though, since it seems like common sense. I'll make sure to ask Matt about it when we get together for work night.

Great~!  Thanks for all the hard work you guys put in....  Not much that I can contribute around here to help the project along, but I'll keep doing what I can....
