Title: Hardware item templates

I just added the PAL Dreamcast under Hardware [EU] and noticed that the same template is used here as for adding games in comparison to the Hardware [NA] type template which results in hardware with "game info" instead of "hardware info" including other attributes. You'll see right away when comparing the US Dreamcast to the EU Dreamcast I just added. This is prolly something small in the code.

Actually, we have it in the to-do list that both Hardware and Accessories forms need to be worked on, both in submit mode and edit mode. Hopefully we can fix this soon.
