Title: Neo Geo Pocket Color help

Will it turn on without the CR2032 battery? Or with a 100% dead one?

You just get a little warning screen when you turn it on with no/a dead CR2032 - press a button and you're playing whatever game you wanted to play. You don't need one in there to play games.
