I was thinking of trying to see if I could get them through the PSN on my PSP and then I saw this article.

UPDATE:

I forgot that XSEED is also giving away DLC for Ragnarok Odyssey which can be "purchased" for free through the PSN web store as well.  I just searched "Ragnarok" and got all the free goodies just in case I ever got 1) a Vita and 2) Ragnarok Odyssey ;)

No problem!  I love free stuff and would hate for anyone to miss this if they wanted any of it.

Well the Vita might eventually be a good idea, but Ragnarok Odyssey isn't terribly good. I'd skip it if I hadn't already wasted my money on it :P
