Title: Is this a real 'licensed' game
Post by: proskier on July 03, 2013, 10:50:08 pm
It looks legit to me and I bought a copy(what the hell $1.20) and it looks legit.  I'm thinking about buying another copy to open the box.  The reason I ask is obviously the price and it isn't listed on VGCollect when I went to add it.

That game is really easy to find sealed. It is so easy to find, it often gets mistaken as a Majesco rerelease. However, it was just a lot of old standard stock.

But $1.20 seems about right if not a little high. Most copies I've picked up have been $1 or less. It has several things going against it 1) Game Gear 2) Sports 3) Trivia. Basically every part of its name is poison to gamers.

I do not have a clue on how they are shipping them though.

At $1.20, it's hard to go wrong on a sealed game. I've actually been buying several of the sealed Game Gear games when I see them. In a few years I will just have a box just of sealed Sports Trivia games on Game Gear...

Actually, I'll probably stop picking those up...

If you think you can pawn some off as trade bait. Take a look at buying multiple copies of other titles. They can be found quite cheap as well and have more alluring titles such as 6 sealed copies of Super Battle Tank for $20 shipped. All depends on trade potential though.
