Do the items you buy used off of amazon come CIB, amazon doesn't say. I'm talking about specifically amazon Japan, considering the fact they have recycling laws. Also are the pictures as is for all the items?

Unless the listing specifically says CIB - don't expect it to be.

Back in the day, you could not buy off of Amazon marketplace if you are overseas. Amazon was no problem. But used items from the marketplace would prevent you from completing the order. Most people went trough broker services to buy these.

Has it changed?
