How do I change my display pic on my profile?!

Welcome to the site!   :D   

*  Along the top panel, scroll your mouse to  "profile" but don't click it.  A drop down menu will appear

*  From the drop down menu click on "Forum Profile"

*  You will see the "Personalized Picture" on this page where you can browse your pc and upload a pic, or select from gallery.

*  Once you have uploaded your desired pic, click "Change profile" on the bottom right and it will update with your pic.

Oh, that's a good question.  I believe it's the same avatar for both, though it's a good point that you make about not being able to do it from the regular site's "settings" area.

I'm fairly sure that it is the same avatar for both. I should probably know this kind of stuff...

Yup, main site and forum both use the forum avatar,so you only have to worry about changing it in the settings on the forum.
