Title: Add Australian Ratings (OFLC)

I have been adding alot of Australian games recently and noticed that the usual Australian ratings are not present in the list. I was wondering if we could include these.
What you would basically want to add is:

You can find them all here: http://www.classification.gov.au/Guidelines/Pages/G.aspx (http://www.classification.gov.au/Guidelines/Pages/G.aspx) There is also a X 18+ rating but I know for a fact that no games are labelled under this.
You might want to put (OFLC) next to each rating to so people know they fall under the Australian rating system.
Also I know it's offtopic but when can we expect the ability to edit Developers and Publishers again? Seems like months since we could, I understand if you're still working hard on it though, just an update would be nice  ;D

Wow, I can almost know which category is for what age range. Almost.  Crazy Japanese  :P
