Title: USK and Cero ratings?

Could we get USK (Germany) and Cero (Japan) ratings added to the database options? Right now there's only PEGI, ESRB, and V.R.C. which is far from all-encompassing.

There is plans to implement CERO, but it just hasn't happened yet.
