Title: Title format rules?

I'm new, my name is Tom.  I had many items that weren't in the database, and when you go to add one, there is something that says the title must adhere to the formatting rules (or something like that).  My problem was that it wasn't readily apparent to me where to find the guidelines for this.  Thanks!

Yeah, this really should be made easier to find & stand-out more for new members.

True enough, I had to search a bit to find it myself....  I think there should be a link on the "Submit New Item - Step 1" page in red so it can't be missed....
