Has anyone used their trade-in service? They seem to give pretty good prices...

Have never used their trade-in services, but I have bought a couple of games from them before with no issues.

Never tried their trade in service. That being said if there was something I would recommend not doing on that site is pre-ordering. I tried it with a few figures most recent being the Link figma and got nothing but delayed for several months then got an email saying my order was cancelled. This happened every time I tried to pre order from them.
