Japanese virtua stick. It is very similar to the Dreamcast one. They also made a two player version.

It's good for shoot em ups as well? And is the offical saturn arcade stick shit or something?

Sorry. Late reply. That is not the same one.

Both of the ones I linked to are official sticks. The official stick the US got dubbed the "virtua stick" has a Japanese version. They are good. Not great. But good. They are very light. They are sturdy, but they don't feel sturdy. Japan got a better official stick in addition to the cheaper one. It is basically the dreamcast arcade stick.
