So, what you do is look at your collection and decide which game is your favourite that you own for each console that you have a game for. Here is my list:

Nintendo 64 - Zelda: Ocarina of Time (One of the easiest picks to make)
Gamecube - Resident Evil 4
Nintendo Wii - Super Mario Galaxy 2 (There are some amazing games on Wii, but its hard not to pick this one)
Wii U - Super Mario 3D World
Playstation - Final Fantasy Tactics (FF7 and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night are pretty much tied with FFT)
Playstation 2 - Persona 4 (There are so many others that could be on this list though. Persona 3, Okami, Kingdom Hearts 2....)
Playstation 3 - Fallout 3 or Dark Souls (I've got tons of PS3 games I need to buy and play so this could easily change in the future)

Genesis - Maybe...Sonic? I think I own Sonic. Do I own Sonic? Hrm...my Genesis games haven't been entered into the database. ... I'm gonna say Sonic. :P
GBA - Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

Playstation - Suikoden II
Dreamcast - Phantasy Star Online, but since you can't play it anymore I'll add Power Stone 2 as a runner-up
Playstation 2 - Dark Cloud 2 (VERY hard choice!!!)
Gamecube - Another hard choice - many of these I haven't played in a while, but thinking back to how much fun I had with them at the time I'm gonna go with Gotcha Force
Xbox - Jet Set Radio Future (easily)
DS - Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin This could change as I play more of the games I own & pickup more that I'm looking for - and if I owned Ghost Trick, that would be it definitely but I played it on ios & haven't grabbed the DS version yet.
PSP - Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions
Xbox 360 - Tales of Vesperia I don't own a 360 system right now, but I still own a few games and this is EASILY my favorite game for the system.
Playstation 3 - Tales of Xillia Another really hard choice, and one that could change depending on my mood.
Wii - Xenoblade Chronicles Easiest choice of them all. Also my game of that generation & my current all-time favorite JRPG.
3DS - Bravely Default
Vita - Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havok
Playstation 4 - inFamous: Second Son
Wii U - Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
Those last 2 will almost definitely change this year - inFamous is great but there are too many amazing-looking PS4 games on the way, and I'm not a HUGE fan of DKC but my Wii U library just isn't very big yet. ;)
