Title: What Were Your Favorite Robin Williams Movie Roles?

In honor of his death, one of the last of a dying breed of old-school actor.

What were some of your favorite Robin Williams movie roles?

Hook was a childhood favorite of mine I watched dozens of times. My dad sent it to me when he moved to Reno on a VHS with a bunch of cool stuff bumped-over onto it.

Death To Smoochy is a highly-underrated comedy that has me laughing out loud. Robin Williams plays Rainbow Randolph, a kid's T.V. character who loses his job to a purple dinosaur. Rainbow Randolph then becomes homicidal Randolph and hilarious hijinks and lots of foul-language ensue.

What Dreams May Come is a deep, thought-provoking movie on Heaven and Hell. I don't want to say too much about it, because it's hard not to give away essential plot-points that make a big impact as you watch it.

Holy crap! I must have watched that movie 50 times over, but I've never noticed the pointy-ears until I saw this pic!

Honestly I was more of a fan of his stand-up than the movies. So I guess I'll say Weapon of Self Destruction.

I used to watch Live on Broadway all the time, along with my friends.  So funny.  I actually don't think I've seen Weapons of Self Destruction, so I'll have to give that a look.

One Hour Photo creeped the hell out of me, but that was probably the intent.  Robin Williams was awesome there, though.

Never watched his stand-up but from watching his performance on Who's Line Is It, Anyway?...  The man's amazing.  Such a loss.

What I loved most about Robin Williams, was how he truly killed each role that he played.

I'd have to say that some of my favorite movies of his include:

...and of course, Mrs. Doubtfire

And ya know what?  I'm even gonna throw RV in there, as I loved how he dealt with a whiny Lindsay Lohan in that movie.  lol!
