I'm going with Atlus, but Platinum is also incredible.

Who owns the IP of Okami and stuff, if Sega does, Nintendo needs to buy them :o
Atlus has some of the best games :D

My favorites in no particular order:
-Atlus
-Level-5
-Nippon Ichi Software
-Arc System Works
-Intelligent Systems

Well Platinum IS Clover, really. And while I really like both Atlus and Platinum/Clover a lot, I'd personally put Tales Studio and Level 5 over them. Level 5 is probably my favorite Japanese dev.

That said, God Hand, Infinite Space, The Wonderful 101 and The Legend of Kora are the only Clover/Platinum games I don't own yet.

I would put Platinum/Clover in first, but Atlus wouldn't be too far behind. I think I'd have to play more of each companies' games before making a defenite decision.
