Post by: retroone on December 13, 2014, 04:57:44 pm
I saw THIS (http://www.gamnesia.com/news/new-new-3ds-commercial-gives-nintendo-characters-big-makeovers?utm_source=crowdignite.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=crowdignite.com#.VIy0_PndXTo) and wasn't quite sure what to make of it....... See for yourself anyone have any idea what is happening? Is this change permanent or is it a Japan thing?

Did you read the article below the pic? It explains it all. They're in a promotional video with some Japanese pop-star to advertise themed faceplates for your 3DS.

Mario's outfit looked something akin to what your uncle would wear to a 4th of July BBQ or something, lol. I'd be surprised if he was wearing that in his next adventure. But who knows? Super Mario 3D Picnic Land maybe?
