Title: Strange signs in the title

Kinda strange cause it looks like old entrys.

We had some text encoding issues in the past. Some entries also have that problem in their text. It's usually because of Europeans using Extended European punctuation signs instead of standard ASCII stuff, so just submit corrections and they'll be fixed.
