Title: Add a PS3 Brazillian game category [BR]

Hello everyone, this is my first post in VGCollect board.
I'm a brazillian videogame enthusiast.

First of all, I would like to thank the nice folks that made this awesome tool (VGCollect). It's awesome.
Having said that, I would like to suggest an additional category: Playstation 3 Brazillian Games. Recently we (Brazil) received a lot of specific games, e.g., Saint Seiya, that were not released in North America. It would be cool to categorize these games.
