Title: I'm sick of the "Hover to toggle search bar"
Post by: tafk on February 24, 2015, 02:37:46 pm: Can we change that to be a on/off toggle or ANYTHING that isn't the hover to show the search bar on our main collection page. This has been driving me crazy for a while now as my mouse usually slips down or I'll look at something and lose the search bar and it annoys me to no end.

Post by: badATchaos on February 24, 2015, 10:07:55 pm: Interesting. Have the search bar perminently open with advance options drop down? I don't think that would work well with the amount of categories to choose from. It really does help having a whole page for the options.

Edit: On that note, more advance search options would be a neat addition. Search year range (by release date), developer, genre, etc.

Not just on a laptop... I make sure to type a detailed name on my desktop and the search bar goes away.

I think something like this will work. I'll clean it up tonight and work on implementing it within the next few weeks.
