Title: Question about Playstation Mobile

So I have a question about playstation mobile. Does this mean that after it shuts down, I can no longer download games to my Vita?

According to what I've read, it's only the cell phones (http://www.theverge.com/2015/3/11/8189455/playstation-mobile-closing) that are no longer capable.  The Vita still has the PlayStation Store anyway.
