Hmm. Interesting. I'm not sure I've played a game from every letter of the alphabet in my collection but let's try anyways. :) (I'm going to assume we're not counting anything starting with a "The" as a T) How about a little teeny bit of commentary while we're at it? It's interesting to see what everyone likes, but a little bit more than "hey guys I like these!" every now and again would be nice. :)

A - Animal Crossing: New Leaf (3DS)
B - Bulletstorm (PS3) <- It would be Banjo Kazooie (N64) if I had a copy.
C - Corpse Party (PSP) <- The most genuinely creepy horror game I've played.
D - Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness (PS3) <- The best letter of the alphabet for games right here. ;)
E - Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan (3DS) <- Mine would be Earthbound (SNES) if I actually had a copy. :(
F - Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (Wii) <- Also my favorite Wii game and probably my favorite Fire Emblem
G - Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus (Wii)
H - Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA f (PS Vita)

J - JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle (PS3) <- The only 'J' in my collection, but a fantastic game nonetheless.

N - Ni no Kuni (PS3) <- As much as the ally AI still bugs me and even though I haven't finished it yet, I must admit it is the best of the 'N's in my collection.
O - Ontamarama (DS) <- I'm going to assume compilations like The Orange Box don't count, unless we're counting one game in the compilation.
P - Persona 4 Golden (PS Vita)
Q - Quantum Theory (PS3) is the only 'Q' game I own, but I haven't even played it so it doesn't really count.
R - Rune Factory 4 (3DS)
S - Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 Portable (PSP) <- Another really tough choice with so many amazing 'S' games I feel like I'm leaving out by just choosing one.
T - Tales of Symphonia HD (PS3) <- The first Tales game I ever played and still my personal favorite.

That was a fun exercise.
# - 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors (DS) - Fun puzzles and great writing but it was mostly chosen because of lack of options.
A - Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic (PC) - One of my favorite 4X games; has one of the deepest combat systems with tons of options and multitudes of strategies.
B - Bastion (Various) - Great looking game with even better gameplay. Amusing narrator mechanic is just cherry on top.
C - Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PS1) - One of the most beautiful games ever made. The art and gameplay in this are top notch.
D - Dark Souls (Various) - Feel bad going against Dragon Quest and Disgaea, two of my favorite series, but Dark Souls is the best game of the best new franchise of the past 5(?) years. I kept coming up with personal restrictions just so I could keep playing the game in "new" ways.
E - Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem (GameCube) - The only game I got every possible ending without taking a break between playthroughs. Great puzzles and just oozes with creativity and atmosphere.
F - Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions (PSP) - Still the titan of strategy-RPG genre as far as I'm concerned. The PSP version is worth having to deal with the slowdown to get the cleaned up translation.
G - Guitar Hero II (PS2) - Started me down the dark path of plastic instruments. One of the better base game soundtracks, even if a lot of them are covers.
H - Heroes of Might and Magic III: Complete (PC) - One of the pillars of the strategy genre and the best one in the series.
I - Ico & Shadow of the Colossus Collection (PS3) - Kind of a cheat, but hard to pick against two of the greatest games ever made.
J - Jeanne D'Arc (PSP) - Really solid strategy-RPG with a fun story but one of the weaker letter groupings.
K - Katamari Damacy (PS2) - Fun soundtrack, fun to play, even fun to watch others play.
L - Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD (WiiU) - Best version of the best Zelda game.
M - Mega Man Anniversary Collection (PS2) - 'M' is packed! But too much nostalgia to go against Mega Man 2 and 3, two of the best platformers ever made.
N - Ninja Gaiden Sigma (PS3) - Great character action game, but one of the weaker categories.
O - Okami HD (PS3) - So g'damn pretty. So, so pretty. And pretty fun to play as well.
P - Persona 4 Golden (Vita) - Not a lot to choose from, but shouldn't diminish that this an amazing game.
Q - N/A - :(
R - Rock Band 2 (X360) - The second game in the series is where I feel Rock Band really came together. The 3rd is just more of the same.
S - Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES/VC) - Haha, this letter is just insane to pick from. You could pick 26 other games from 'S' and have just a solid list.
T - Total War: Shogun 2 (PC) - Doesn't have the unit variety that some of the previous games had, but has the most refined engine and is the most balanced.
U - Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (PS3) - I'm not quite as hot as Uncharted series as just about everyone else seems to be, but its still a great series with not a lot of other choices.
V - Vagrant Story (PS1) - Gameplay is great... couldn't really tell you what was going on based on my memories of the game (doubt I could even when I was playing it at the time).
W - Warlords II (PC) - I played this so much with my buddies when I was in grade school. Really solid strategy game.
X - Xenogears (PS1) - One of my personal favorites and is an easy choice.
Y - Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3 (GBA) - Probably not even in the top 5 of Mario games, but is still quite amazing.
Z - Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward (Vita) - Like it's predecessor it mostly gets in by being in a weak grouping. Better than 999, IMO, however.

A: Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare (Dreamcast) - The first and only one that have played from the series.
B: Battletoads & Double Dragon: The Ultimate Team (NES) - My ass is kicked every time but damn I do enjoy it a lot.
C: Contra: Shattered Soldier (Playstation 2) - At least for me the best Contra after all those Nintendo versions.
D: Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 (X-Box 360) - Do I really have to say why I love these game ?
E: Earthworm Jim 2 (SNES) - I want it back at my collection and I want it right now.
F: Fatal Fury Special (Arcade) - Just for the pleasure of seeing Terry fighting Ryo, love this crossover.
G: Gargoyle's Quest (GB) - Gotta love Firebrand / Red Arremer even if he is the bad guy sometimes.

J: Journey To Silius (NES) - Once I knew that this one was supposed to be a Terminator game had to have it.
K: Kirby's Dream Land 2 (GB) - There are so many Kirby's titles but its friends and combinations are so fucking awesome.
L: Luigi's Mansion GameCube - First title that my wife played with me, just noticed that I haven't played with my daughter
M: Mega Man 5 (NES) - Mom gave me this one for Christmas and it also was the first one that I really owned.
N: NeoGeo Battle Coliseum (Playstation 2) - Am a big fan of the M.U.G.E.N game engine and this one is the most similar thing but official.
O: Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad (X-Box 360) - Bikinis + Blood + Babes = DoaFan excited.
P: Parasite Eve (Playstation) - Perfect combination of RPG and Survival Horror that I have ever played in my entire life.
Q: Quake II (Dreamcast) - Because it's one of the only first person games that I can play without vomit or having a headache.
R: Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (Playstation) - First RE game that I purchased and just because Jill looked so gorgeous at the back of the case
S: Silent Hill 2 (Playstation) - Played this one at the house of one friend and I totally felt in love with the terror of it.
T: The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap (GBA) - Because one asshole from Best Buy told me that this game was for sale.
U: Unreal Tournament (Dreamcast) - My buddies form the university and myself enjoyed this game every weekend as chimps.
V: VICE: Project Doom (NES) - Three kinds of playing in one official Nintendo cartridge, totally blow my mind
W: Whomp 'Em (NES) - Noticed the existence of this game because of one Michael B. the Game genie (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LT8wR0C66Yc) video.
