Thats right girls and boys. They're bring back the World Championships after all this time. Sounds like a good PR stunt to me. What's your impressions?

I have no idea what kind of games they will be playing for it (it'll probably be the newest 3DS and Wii U games) but I think they should try to have games from all the different eras for each of Nintendo's consoles since the NES. That being said I think it'll be an awesome event either way.

Here's my prediction:
New Super Mario Bros U - 50 coins
Mario Kart - 1 Lap
Splatoon - Cover as much as you can in the remaining time

Sounds pretty solid to me.  What do y'all guess?

Its pretty damn funny but i think i like the Reggie vs. Iwata video from last year more.

Definitely not going, especially since I'm heading to North Carolina on the 30th. And I do think it's smart that they are using NES REMIX for the qualifiers why the 3DS version?
