Can't vouch for how the games play yet as I haven't tested them, but just wanted to leave feedback on appearance and communication:
Shipping: Super fast! reasonable cost and priority 2-day shipping. I paid on Thursday, and everything arrived Monday morning.
Communication: Great communication, very quick response, gave a tracking number and everything.
Packaging: Packing peanuts and plastic bags to keep the weather out (thankfully a dry day today), even a little bubble wrap against the discs in the PS1 case so as to protect the the jewel case and contents further (much appreciated!)
Items as described: All the items look great and as described.
Would definitely do business with again!

Hehe, better than not enough packaging. I got a package a while back from a company overseas and they sent two collector's editions in a bubble mailer that was too big so the games were bumping around easily.
