Games that come to mind is tenchu 2, halo, and far cry.

What about the park editors in the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games? I loved those.

starcraft. can even make your own campaigns if you are skilled enough with their editor.

Yeah when I first saw this topic, my initial responses were map editors that I've used that didn't actually come with games. The one I put the most time in on was probably Worldcraft and map editors for Quake 3 engine games.

Trials Fusion. Its confusing and doesn't explain how to use it but you can make some pretty cool tracks with it, and its on consoles.
