There is a pm system in the forums. Also you can tag someone in a post by putting @ in front of their name, like twitter. So it'd be like @speedsaurus @maximkat . Just so you know.

The PM system doesn't work on the mobile site though.  You'll need to go to the full site to do it.

It appears to work fine. Just have to click on your inbox to send/receive messages. I'll see if I can add a link to the user profile page to make it a bit easier.

Yeah it's definitely not the most intuitive way to send messages. It's a pain in the ass to edit too which is why it's been that way for so long.
