you know how you can tell people if you have a case or an manual well i have a few suggestions

strategy guide/magazines
tear/tears    missing page/missing pages    book spine is broken   it has marker/pen/pencil /Highlighter on it    rare strategy guide/magazines

hardware
console  console box  Other Inserts sticker on console or box   rare console    not working it has marker/pen/pencil /Highlighter on it

games
sticker on cart/disk or box   rare game   obscure game   not working   it has marker/pen/pencil /Highlighter on it

This kind of thing is what the item notes are for.

@tpugmire, yup this is what most people use notes for.
