I think almost all the Eevee evolutions are adorable, especially Umbreon and of course Pikachu is ridiculously cute too.

An abandoned plush doll became this Pokémon. They are said to live in garbage dumps and wander about in search of the children that threw them away. (Emerald)

Aaww Isn't that cute, Anyone who tossed some plushes away by any chance? ::)
