Could Electronic Handhelds qualify as items to add to the VGC library?

yes you can. their is a list of them when you go to browse you can find things like tiger LCD  and Mattel handhelds you just have to look through the lists

It's a section I think should be expanded. There were a lot of different makers of these, particularly from Tomy and Coleco that don't have sections on the site.
