I think Jax from Sons of Anarchy for link and Ariana Grande for Zelda
While completely trolling choices, I hope they don't go with well known actors for the roles and push for proper voice actors instead. Anime like Studio Ghibli films have worked out well enough with big names doing the roles, but I usually prefer that they try and get people that can fit the voices better, rather than name value. It also keeps the movies costs down if you pick voice actors over big name actors.

It'd probably be best to to go with newer up and coming actor's.

Also, are we talking about a hypothetical live action Zelda movie, or the actual animated Zelda that Nintendo is actually gonna be making? If we are talking live action, definitely still go with unknowns for the main roles with a special guest well known for side role bonuses.

He'll almost guaranteed speak. Really no reason not to as it would make for a very weird movie.

Yes, I second this, if this were to happen then get some actors / actresses who best fit through an audition. Find some fresh talent perfectly fit for the job, granted I'm not sure how you audition for Link.

This whole 'Link shouldn't talk because he doesn't talk in the games', I feel like something has got to give when taking that kind of protagonist into the medium of film.
