Title: Can anyone help me indentify this game

This screenshot was taken from a game among a selection of PS1 games, so it's likely that this is a PlayStation game.

It appears to be an Action-RPG, does anybody recognize this game? That HUD in the top left might be a clue

Pink hair, Big Gold hoops wielded as weapons, yep you got it!  I knew someone on VGCollect was able to take a quick glance at this and put a name to it!  Thanks Azure, you had the 'Courage' to step up to the task
