Title: What the hell is this?

I found this plug today. Each of the 4 ends says something different: Nintendo, SNES, Sega, or Sega-C.

I cant figure out the exact use of this thing though.

It's part of one of those 3rd party modular power supplies.  That lone end probably ran to a power brick that you then used to power one of the aforementioned units.  Something along the lines of RetroDC
