Title: BLT or Pastrami and Cheese?

Crispy decadent crunchy artery clogging pork strips on fresh greens and juicy tomato with mayo and some toasted bread.  Or the finest cuts of deli pastrami on some melted swiss or cheddar cheese?    :D

Excuse my ignorance but what the hell is a BTL ?, we don't have these kind of food in Mexico or maybe we do but with a different name  :-\
