Mine is 38 days in Call of Duty Black Ops III. :D. Its actually my favorite of the franchise. I loved the latest one and I am excited for Inifnite warfare even though the reception by fans was bad. I may have put more than that into Pokémon Yellow over the years. i used to no life it when i was a kid. and have beaten it maybe 10 times. but i don't remember the exact time spent. I got a little too hooked on Call of Duty though to an unhealthy standard. I am glad I stopped when I did.
What game did you log the most onto? :)

1800 + Hrs into GT5.
-
Probably Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I got 100% achievements on XBox, and I completed like every single guild/group storyline and the main one, as well as both expansions. I don't know how many hours I put into it, exactly, though.
-
31 days on Red Orchestra 2 / Rising Storm
-
Impossible to know. It is only a recent thing that we have ways to measure how many hours we have a game open (Steam measures this, not actual activity).
I played Diablo II multiple times a week for 8 years.
I played Quake 3 Arena weekly for over 10 years.
I've been playing Major League Manager (Baseball simulation game for DOS) since 1992-93. Its almost mind boggling. I currently play maybe 10 hours a month, been on a monthly schedule since around 2008. Before that, I can't say. I can remember playing it every day, and also can remember not playing it during the off-season. In the 90s, I played it usually during the baseball season, sometimes even following along the then current MLB schedules.

6+ years in Street Fighter IV for Xbox 360 Live including all of the upgrades:
Street Fighter IV
Super Street Fighter IV
Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition
Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition ver. 2012
Ultra Street Fighter IV
Main Vega/claw 10,000 Battle Points
Secondary Dee Jay 8,000 Battle Points
El Fuerte, Decapre, Hakan, and Elena in that order.
After the first installments had to re-work myself back up.
Overall a steady 3,000 Player Points.

about 550 hours into Pokemon Heart Gold :o
-
500+ into RuneScape over the years. Doubt any other games come very close
-
Probably around 150-hours in my first playthrough of FFVII. That included getting everything and beating every extra boss, except Ruby Weapon, he is impossible.
-
3000+ hours in Pokemon X and Y I have multiple copies of these games but I have 3 copies where the timer is maxed out. (Stupid shiny hunting).
-
658 well spent hours in CoD 4 Modern Warfare Multiplayer. Such game, very fun.
-
Nearly 500 hours in Star Ocean: The Last Hope -International-
EDIT: I thought of a few others.
I probably clocked at least 150 hours in SaGa Frontier.
I went through Final Fantasy Tactics about four times, which probably totals to about 200 - 250 hours.
Finally, I've lost track of how many times I went through shorter games like Mega Man X4, Chrono Trigger, Valkyrie Profile, and so on. But, I'm sure by now with all of my times through these games that each one has well over 100 hours.

Don't know how much time I put back into World of Warcraft or Star Wars Galaxies back in the day, but the only one I have numbers for at the moment is 644 hours in Team Fortress 2.
-
I don't know exact numbers, it would probably be Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate though.
-
Fallout New Vegas (big surprise right?) Hours logged on steam 220's. Add in my playtime while deployed while playing offline I'd have to say somewhere over 4 close 500 hours.
-
120+ hrs into Skyrim
Also have 100+ hrs into Fallout 3.
No other game comes close, unless you count multiple playthroughs of RPGs like FF6 and Chrono Cross, with 40-50 hrs per playthrough.

Mine would shamefully have to be World of Warcraft... I can go into my three most played characters right now and tell you their combined play times.
My original main has a current total of 17 days, 17 hours, 22 minutes and 17 seconds.
My second main has a total of 35 days, 12 hours, 36 minutes and 44 seconds.
My current main has a total of 27 days, 18 hours. 59 minutes and 39 seconds.
So that's a total of just under 2000 hours.
And that's not including the time I've spent on my mountains of alt characters.
Oh dear.
-
GTA 5 online I have 30 days or so on it
-
World of Warcraft no question. My main had dozens of days logged. I haven't touched it in months, so I can't tell you the exact time, but it is ridiculous. I'll probably never come close again.

For Steam logging, it shows New Vegas as my top time getter as well at 313 hours.

I have a few thousand hours in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. I used to be one of those stunters. I started when the game was released on PC and played a few hours almost every day for a a few years. Than I eventually played less and less over the next few years. I don't know how much time I've spent playing that game but last time I tried to calculated, the number was so big that I figured it must be wrong.
I am happy to report I am now GTA:VC free, the game isn't even installed on my PC :P
-
Little big planet 2.
I honestly have no idea how long I've actually spent on it but I played it for many years everyday only taking like 1 break for food and toilet lmao.
-
Team Fortress 2 currently sits just shy of 1800 hours.
After that, the next highest that I definitively know is Super Smash Bros. Melee at about 600 hours.
-
I can tell you that I had 500+ hours into Skyrim and 400+ hours into Way of the Samurai 3. Both saves got erased when I trusted PS+'s cloud while upgrading the HD on my PS3.
>:(

That would probably be the 1000+ hours I've put into Super Smash Bros. Brawl. That was easily my favourite game of all time...until Smash 3DS came out. Everyone has that game that they can play indefinitely and just never grow bored of, and for me that's the Smash series.
