I've been really looking forward to this game. I feel like it will be cancelled completely at this point. I've yet to come across a racing game that has the same kind of progression and amount of customization (that matters) than GT does. I guess we'll have to wait and see :/

I think it's more likely they just arn't hitting their planned schedule and/or big bugs may also be appearing that they want to deal with so they don't release a buggy game. I think it's too early to think that it's going to be completely cancelled. :P

Considering how far in development this game is, as well as how important it is to the Playstation brand, I highly doubt it is being cancelled. My guess is that it is being delayed for quite some time, which is pretty much a given with Gran Turismo games. I remember GT4 was pushed back like 3-times over the span of like a year. Wouldn't surprise me at all if this ends up happening with Sport.
