If you prefer Donkey Kong Country 2 or 3 you can choose those to represent the DKC option :)
Honestly, I try several times to get into these games but before I can finish them I just lose interest.

They both are so good, but I'd have to go with Donkey Kong Country which is my favorite game of all time. Super Mario World is my favorite Mario title of all time if that's any consolation.

IMO DKC is vastly superior to the Super Mario World games, with DKC2 being the best of the SNES trilogy.

Both are damn excellent platformers. 2 of the best, ever. But if I HAD to choose, I'd go with Super Mario World.

I love DKC. In fact I beat it again last night, but Mario World is a superior game in almost every way. I think out of the SNES platformers DKC2 is the only game that would come close to SMW.

I was never a big fan of DKC. Nothing wrong with them, but I very much prefer Super Mario World, which is probably one of my favorite 2D Mario games.

I totally agree. If SMB3's levels weren't so damn short, it might've been better than SMW.
