Title: MSR Opel Challenge

Hello, i need your help.
I have a dream cast game named Metropolis Street Racer Opel Challenge from a good friend. He worked for Sega Europe some years ago.
It is just a white CD without box. I think it is a kind of promo disc.
Did anybody know somethink about this version?

Dreamcast white label are Sample versions, some say promo. Here is one list of releases:
