Got myself a copy of Runbow - Deluxe Edition for Wii U today. (http://i.imgur.com/ZQwGjYt.jpg) Looks like pretty fun game and can't wait to play… plus you can play as Shovel Knight in it! Got some more games coming in the mail this month, so I'll try to post as I get.

Picked up Titanfall 2 on PC, and much like Battlefield 1, is an empty case with a code. I guess I can get behind this more than buying the small cards for a digital game that I'll just throw in the trash, but it feels weird. Like when physical game manuals stopped happening.

Got myself a Wii LAN Adapter for my Wii U. It's currently up in my room, and despite our router being insanely strong, the Wii U still gets terrible reception. It can buffer YouTube just fine, but online gaming (like Smash for example) is borderline impossible. Thankfully there's a router directly beneath my floor, so I'll just have to drill a hole for the network cable and I'll be gaming online wired!
Also going to pick up the Daisy amiibo, which comes out friday.
EDIT: Got a message I won Freddi Fish 4 from a free giveaway Facebook page earlier today! Just picked it up, it's in almost perfect shape! I guess I shoud also mention the games I got in the Steam Halloween sale. I first got Freddi Fish 3 because nostalgia, and also Amnesia: The Dark Descent because my girlfriend is dying to play it with me. Also, I later saw Super Meat Boy was 90% off, and I just couldn't resist.

Yes, they did. So now I get to make a drive out to Target, which I didn't want to do
Whoever shipped out that package needs an evaluation.
just make sure you get the lock cases back. they shipped them out to you they are yours now.. while you are there you might as well see if they will buy the cases back from you.
also make sure to take the receipt if you don't want the cops called on you for shoplifting.

I know I've been a ghost lately. But it's been crazy my store got brought out. I was promoted to a being manager of two stores in two different cities so I haven't had time have fun. I did finally go to one of my favorite haunts today (man I missed it). I ended up picking up.

Sega: Bubsy II (still in case)
I'm hoping to ramp up my collecting soon with all these hours of overtime.

Just last weekend I went to a smaller convention / swap meet with a few of the buddies I sell at flea markets with. Turned out to be maybe 8-10 collectors just trading and selling games. One of the vendors actually had a copy of EVO for the SNES, which was one of the titles I was chasing for awhile, wasn't cheap but I ended up making a deal for it. Then on the way home, Halfpricebooks was feeling generous and marked down a mint copy of Persona 2 for the PS1. All-in-all not too bad of a weekend! Guess I have a few more games to play now lol.

Yeah, EVO is awesome. That's one of those games that's so expensive, that I didn't feel bad at all emulating it. Otherwise I never would have played this unique game.

Haha, yea I've been playing through EVO for these past couple of days... hard as hell... idk how many times I've seen the Gaia game over screen... Ragequit count at this moment is roughly 7... stupid yeti's... lol
Wow, nice pickups, the .hack is pretty rare to find out in the wild as is, but a very solid lot as it stands. Saturn stuff is rarely seen too nowadays (especially out by me), I have yet to find a single game, but at least have my console... lol

Nice pickups! I do love me some Silent Hill 2; funnily enough SH2 on Xbox was one of the secret santa gifts that I bought last year!
Silent Hill 2 is great time, my personal favorite SH game. Gotta love the dog ending.

Did they ever say when they were releasing the Cloud / Bayonetta amiibos? I've been behind in a bunch of the newer releases. I did see they restocked a bunch of nicer ones recently though! Very Nice!

It's actually better than I expected, it's better than the last 5 or 6 Mario Party games to come out (which isn't saying much.) Also picked up Speed Racer and Dino City for SNES from 2nd & Charles. I got Speed Racer because I'm a huge fan of the cartoon and I got Dino City because the cover art looked cool.

Funny enough I actually won Atari Flashback Vol. 1 on the PS4 a few weeks ago during a raffle at a game store. I find it interesting that about 50 Atari games are sitting on a massive Bluray disk, but it's all goo in my book lol. I especially love the artwork for both volumes as well.

I don't get why they are making multiple volumes when the entire repertoire of Atari games can fit on one BR disk...other then for milking more of our cash for what it's worth. I saw Vol. 2 and thought it was just an alternate cover. Guess I should've read it more. I'm planing on getting it though.

Picked up Titanfall 2 today, after being a big console FPS playing with Cod years ago, and shifting entirely to pc with CS, more Cod, Battlefield, and now Overwatch, it'll be interesting getting reacquainted with a controller in this style of play. Digging it so far!

You do what you have to do. I've pieced together many a disc based game by getting blank case, manual, art inserts from different sources. It's always satisfying to see it all come together. Nice pickup, hope you find all of the pieces you're looking for.

As for items I actually bought today: I got Harley Pasternak's Hollywood Workout - XB360, Tony Hawk Shread - XB360, Nike Kinect Training - XB360, The Plan - PS2 and Eagle's Flight - PS4VR.
Eagle's Flight was normal price of 39.99 but the other 4 were new for $1 each.

And last I heard that the NES classic Edition was going to be a hot item so when I got off work at 4 AM I went straight to Walmart and they told me that they only got in 6 systems and they sold out in 5 minutes. I Figured all the 24 hour stores would be sold out so I went to Target and saw a huge line. :o I then went to Best Buy and saw another huge line of people camped outside. :o Then I saw a smaller Gamestop had no one waiting. I had no idea if they even got any in. But figured this was my best chance. So I was first in line here. As I was waiting more and more people started to show up. At 9 AM a store manager shows up and I ask how many they got in and she tells me 5 and the people who where numbers 6 and beyond where not happy. The store opens and everyone rushes in But the store manager knew who where the first five and serve us first. They only got in ONE extra controller and about 5 books (geez Nintendo) I go to pay and my card was declined. :o It wasn't because I didn't have money or my card was canceled or anything like that it, was because Gamestop's Internet was down. Lucky I had cash on me to pay for it and did so, last thing I needed was people screaming that my card was declined and they should get it. So I buy the System, Controller and the book and got my butt outta there. I felt sorry for the clerks they where getting yelled at and the phone was ringing non stop from people asking about it. There was even people selling it right after they bought one to the people in line. (jerks) The system is cute and looks awesome, my only complaint is they should have added a card slot to add new game packs. (imagine the little door opens and you could buy 10 more games on a card for $20) and the cord on the controllers are way to short. They are about 2 feet long. (geez Nintendo) lol ::)

Ultimate Gohan- Jakks Pacific Ultimate line. Future Trunks- MSP line Futre Gohan and Trunks- HSCF line. This was my favorite find since Future Gohan is possibly my most favorite incarnation of the character couple that with the fact there's almost no merch for this character and the HSCF figures of him are HARD to find. Sadly they didn't have their original boxes >< Oh well they look great on my desk.

Not sold on Pinball FX. I have FX2 and its neat but it is like a never ending video mode. Farsight's recreations are much better.

Got Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer and MTV Celebrity Deathmatch for PS2.
I need this Celebrity Deathmatch game. I didn't know there was a game.
Yeah, I did but I didn't bother getting it back then, I think it came in 2003. I was worried of the quality so I didn't want to pay full price. I'm sure you can find it for cheap. Got that at my Goodwill for about $3. Was in nice condition so why not? It's a dumb fun game, I don't remember it getting any high critical praise. Wasn't a huge release...a small company made it.

And last I heard that the NES classic Edition was going to be a hot item so when I got off work at 4 AM I went straight to Walmart and they told me that they only got in 6 systems and they sold out in 5 minutes. I Figured all the 24 hour stores would be sold out so I went to Target and saw a huge line. :o I then went to Best Buy and saw another huge line of people camped outside. :o Then I saw a smaller Gamestop had no one waiting. I figured I would add something here today. I pre-ordered that silly NES classic way back when it was first announced from Target. It arrived yesterday. Within the time between pre-ordering and receiving, a lot of stuff has been posted about the system. Some bad (cord length, almost certainly not upgradable with hacks, etc) some good (resale value mostly) and so I had decided I was going to be a filthy reseller for once and flip it. But there has been an item that has also surfaced during that time I have had my eyes on : PS4 pro. Long story short, I swapped my NES classic and a small amount of cash for a Pro. 5 PS4's in one house = life.

I don't blame you one bit. I dig the system, but prices are crazy. If you can get a PS4 in that trade. Do it every time.

Now I'm just down to Wii Fit Trainer to be up to date on the SSB releases (still need a few more Splatoon, Kirby and AC figures as well as a TON of AC Cards to being close to complete :P). I'm not holding my breath hoping for Wii Fit Trainer's re-release anytime soon though. :-\
I've been rather lax on posting finds anymore. I did find a Blazing Dragons on PS1 for $7 at Half-Price Books along with the Bayonetta 2 Strategy Guide for $8 (40% off coupon). :)

Picked up Pokemon Moon yesterday! I always buy Pokemon games day one, but I haven't played a Pokemon game since White, so I'm very interested in diving in and seeing how much has changed. :) It's good to be back with one of the series I identified so much with as a kid/ high schooler.

First up the R4. I mainly got it because I now have 35 DS games, and I thought it'd be convenient to carry around the simpler games that don't rely on personal save data that much (Mario Kart, Mario Party, puzzle games, etc) around on an R4 to play on my old DS Lite. Unfortunately it isn't working that well. My DS Lite seems to be having a lot of trouble staying connected to the card. I have to reset my DS a couple of times before it even registers the card, and even then after playing a game for a while it has a tendency to lock up after a while. Not to mention, some of my newer games crash the card, and I can't find a firmware update to fix it. Oh well, I guess that's the risk with flashcards.
And then the other game. Yeah, let me give you some background on that. I like to occasionally place very low bids on shovelware DS games. You never know, maybe you get something out of it, and often the games are enjoyable in a so-bad-they're-funny way. This game cost me a grand total of €3, but you probably have no clue who are on the cover. Those girls are the former members of Belgian girl band K3. Having been active for over over 15 years now, they're one of the biggest makers of childrens music in both the Netherlands and Belgium. They're the type of group every little girl loves and every little boy pretends to hate. I'll admit it, I like their music. It's not in my personal playlist, but I like it. Plus I'm somewhat nostalgic for them, so when I saw an offer for K3 Karaoke online, I thought 'why the hell not' and bid €1. Worst case it's another game for my DS collection that'll never be complete. And judging from the screenshots I thought it would probably at least be pretty funny. Much to my surprise I actually won it, and here it is. As you'd expect, the game's terrible, and sadly not really funny either apart from the DS 3D-models. But hey, it was €1 and it has K3 in it, so I'm not complaining.

$80 for all this. I waited more than 8 years to get that Vesperia.
All purchases online, mostly great prices (Pokemon was near retail obviously)
Stopped at a goodwill in Houston and I think the only thing of value was an Umbreon plushie for 60 cents. They had a few PS1 games for about $3/each but they were dupes for me, so I left them. Wish I had grabbed the Chrono Cross, but it's okay, I'm sure some filthy reseller grabbed it by now.
Stopped at a random goodwill next to a gas station (not planned actually, pure coincidence) and picked up that Star Wars KOTOR 2 for $3. Somewhere in Louisiana, probably Baton Rouge.
Made a trip down to New Orleans to go to the French Quarter for the afternoon, but stopped at a Goodwill in Slidell, just north of New Orleans on that way, found that Def Jam Fight for NY for $5 I think.
Stopped at a Gamestop in various towns and picked up Wheelman, MorphX, and Saboteur.
Hit a pawn shop during lunch in Montgomery and they were doing 2 for $10 on PS3 games, but they only had like 8 games total, so I grabbed Metal Gear Solid Legacy Collection (with artbook) and Enchanted Arms.
Went to dinner with some co-workers to a suggested (put pretty bad) restaurant. a few doors down was a retro game store, they closed a few minutes before we arrived, so I decided that I'd go stop by there before I left town to head back home in the morning.
Went in and chatted some while looking around. Apparently the market is kind of messed up in this area, because there are more resellers and scalpers than collectors, so the stores pay closer to retail for trades than most places would. As such, they can't budge on the prices. I actually asked, and they said that depending on what the game is, they might be able to work on the prices. so I grabbed a handful of games and asked if they could work on the prices any. Owner walks in when I ask, so he takes each game and checks ebay for prices and jokes about charging me more if the price is wrong. I don't deal with that crap, so I was prepared to just walk out at this point. But I reiterated that I really only wanted to know if they would work on the price for Super Troll Islands, they had it priced a little more than I wanted to pay. So he said that he couldn't do any better on the price. But the fact that Rayman, Tempest 2000, and Mr. Nutz had been priced so cheaply, it didn't bother me too much, so I grabbed those and a few pokemon cards for my wife (Who still complained because I didn't buy her ENOUGH pokemon cards, way to be appreciative).

I've had to severely cut back on collecting and hunting since I've gone back to school but this November has been particularly kind to me. This habit is hard to quit.
I have cut back on buying new releases for the most part but I picked up the Pokemon Sun/Moon Steel Book pack and have been dutifully been keeping up with the Limited Run releases.
A few weeks ago, I was able to snag a copy of Under Defeat: HD Edition PS3 and ZOE: HD collection Limited Edition PS3 for $25 total and I was able to get Zelda: Skyward Sword w/ Soundtrack CD and a bunch of shovelware Wii games for $10 but this may be my haul of the year.

Last time I had to buy one of these, I paid $25 for the Power Base Converter on the Genesis. Now that thing is even more than the real Master System. I hate the rising prices of this stuff.

I have an extra WoW: Cataclysm CE around here somewhere. I picked it up for my 2nd account so the characters on there could have the mount/pet and then Blizzard goes and makes those things account wide not long after. :o >:( Anyway, I'll have to see if I can scare it up. ;)
Light on game pick-ups over the weekend, been finding good deals on cheap comics lately and have been filling out my runs on some series I collect. Anyway, game-wise I did find the Splatoon repaint 3-pack on markdown at Meijer for $10.50. Some guy was there just loading his cart up with markdown Amiibo, Skylanders, and what not. Whatever was on the shelf he was grabbing for the most part. There were 2 of the 3-pack on a peg hook still and it looked like he was going to walk away so I walked up and pulled one off. I guess he changed his mind and turned all Snatchy McGrabby on the other one before my cousin could get it. >:(
He also passed on some Amiibo cards that were 50% off. I got 3 packs of Series 3 cards for $3.00 each. ;D At a different Meijer a few days prior I managed to get the Finding Dory play set for Disney Infinity 3.0 which completely finishes off my collection for that version. I'm missing some discs from 1.0 and 2.0 but I finally have every figure from all three releases. Well...I don't have the Nemo that was packaged without the power discs nor do I have the individually packaged Black Suit Spider-Man (got him with the Vita release) but I might snag them if I can find them CHEAP (even though they're at $5 each right now at most places that still have them).
I tried to pick up a used copy of Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII on PS4 at GameStop but they couldn't find the disc. The manager ended up selling me the new copy they had at the used price. :)

I might be interested in that. I know WoW stuff is basically useless playable wise, but it's such cool and fun packaging.

This is where things get really cool!
Genesis: Both are CIB. Found another game store slipping on these in their bargain bin...Well at least Micky Mouse lol - Micky Mania - $4 - Barenstain Bears - $4
SNES: Same game store where found the Genesis games. Major Slippage...mostly - The Simpsons: Bart's Nightmare - $5 - Operation Thunderbolt - $3!!!! - Doomsday Warriors - $10 - Xardion - $7!!
N64: Same store as the Genesis and SNES games, yet again, another game they slipped on. This one surprised me. - Pokemon Stadium - $7!!
Okay, now for the grand Finale! There is a game store about 30-miles from me that is probably the best place to find gaming imports, oddities, and extremely rare consoles/games. Because they have a highly specific inventory that very few stores can match, they typically overprice 90% of their games no matter the title. However, their biggest flaw in their pricing is that they have so much inventory they rarely catch niche games when they skyrocket in price, especially imports. And that is exactly what happened today. On top of that I scored two copies of Sturnwind, a game I thought I'd never see again in person.
PS2 (NTSC-J) - Street Fighter EX3 - $5 (Standard price, same as the version in the US) - Saikyo Shooting Collection Vol 3. Sol Divide & Dragon Blaze (SEALED) - $80 (Probably aren't many people who know what this game is; it's a Japanese exclusive game that includes two SHMUPS on it, one that never made it outside Japan. While $80 might seem like a lot of money for this, even if it is brand new, I nearly started screaming; this game goes for nearly $300 in CIB used condition, NEW and Sealed I have no idea. Would have been happy with getting it used at that price :D )
Dreamcast - Sturmwind (2x, both SEALED) - $50 (These were left over from when they originally ordered them a couple of years ago when this game came out. Picked up both of them with the intent of possibly using them as trade bait towards very rare Saturn or Dreamcast SHMUPS I do not own yet. They are going for around $140 used CIB, so imagine they are probably worth around $200 or more NEW)

These 2 games are not a japan exclusive for ps2 the saiko shooting games, most of them got released to europe by 505 gamestreet.
I own 1 of them dragon blaze, both games are not cheap and not to easy to find, some nice value especially dragon blaze. however strangely enough the two games combined are worth less than the collection that you mentioned, What's the difference better port etc since there is a english manual box and release, probably pretty rare in Japan but that's just my guess, I have heard of this collection since I managed to snagg a dragonblaze not to long ago.

Took advantage of the Black Friday to get two digital titles that honestly didn't wanted to acquire in their physical edition, am talking about Tomb Raider and Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, not a big fan of the first franchise and about RE have heard, saw and read a lot of bad reviews but decided to give it a try if the game were below the five bucks also picked one month of the Xbox Live service for 0.50 cents and they give me for free Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, next month will add another free digital title ;D

Once I realized it was a level-by-level thing, I was disappointed. I was expecting an 80s action paradise to play around in; since most of the Far Cry games are open-world.

Got a somewhat big (and mostly digital) haul! First I got The Wonderful 101 on Wii U. €15 bargain at my local toy store, and a PlatinumGame, so a great deal I'd say! Also got myself all the DLC stages on Super Smash Bros. for Wii U I didn't have yet. Spent the remaining credit on Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga for Wii U VC. Then the Steam Sale showed up. Got Game Dev Tycoon and The Sims 3 with the Pets and Supernatural expansions. And just today the new Humble Bundle showed up. Ended up getting Train Simulator 2016, RollerCoaster Tycoon: Deluxe, Out of the Park Baseball 17, Democracy 3 Collector’s Edition, Car Mechanic Simulator 2015 and Big Pharma.
Now I really have to slow down with my gaming purchases, I still have this HUGE backlog to clear, including Pokémon Sun!

Being honest haven't played the game am not a big fan of this franchise neither of the first person games, they always give me a big headache, I suffer from motion sickness when I play this kind of titles and believe when I say that I can't do anything else after 30 minutes of playing for the rest of the day >:(

4 actually. Every month Microsoft gives away 2 360 and 2 One titles for all Gold members. However, the One titles can only be accessed while the account has gold (but you can still add them to your account even if you don't have a One so you'll have a bunch of games when you do get the system). Next month's offerings are Sleeping Dogs and Outlast for the One, and Burnout Paradise and Outland for the 360.

You still have to pay for XBox Gold, and you can't really do that without an XBox account. So I don't think so.

Yes. The only stipulation is that you need to have an active gold account to be able to download and play them. Otherwise, if you revert to silver, you would need to purchase them instead. Reactivating a lapsed gold account will restore access as well.
So, there's really no reason to not do it and get a decent library pre-built up. Also, don't forget to grab Super Dungeon Bros. as well, since that one's also free through the end of today, after which it will be replaced by Sleeping Dogs.
