I don't know if new Kratos looks cooler or not. Im on the fence lol. Do you like the improvements or do you prefer old kratos?

Idk they both look pretty similar, just one looks older and has a beard. Probably old though

I love the new direction they've taken with Kratos and left the whole Greek mythology in favor of Norse mythology. To be honest I had little interest in GoW3 because it just looked like more of the same. Seeing this new one however makes me want to play the third one so I'm up to speed on everything for the new game.

Great way to overhaul the series.

I took it as this was the same Kratos; but older, wiser, and battle-hardened.

He needs a shave.

im only seeing very slight changes to him. the scar over his right eye is a lot less pronounced the scar on his stomach is angle instead of being straight up. other than that it just looks like the Viking-ized him (beard, and garb). im not sure if it is different or not but it also appears like his ears have changed... but I really like the new kratos

Time does not forgive so am ok with this change, he kinda remind me Heidi's grandpa which even when he is old he is not only a wise and strong man he is a badass ;D

He needs a shave.
The only reason to shave is if your name is Bruce Campbell

I think it's a good evolution of the character. The Old Kratos was an angry murderer that really wasn't that deep of a character. This new Kratos is older and grizzled, and I'm excited to see the character development of an ancient God slayer and how he tries to connect with his son.

At first glance I like the old Kratos. That said, I'm so damn excited about the switch to Norse mythology, and this iteration of Kratos strikes me as far more theme-appropriate. Old Kratos had the perfect, clean and sculpted Hellenic proportions -- this one is all-around more "Northlander"
Looking forward to it.

I'll say this He looks like how a Viking Warrior looks in Norse Mythology
