All my original NES games. Because I was a fool and sold them all. I have most of them back but still missing a few.
-
Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire
I got pokemon snap and diddy kong racing already.

Magic of Sheherezade (probably misspelled but who could spell that on their own without some sort of check anyhow) and Clash at Demonhead. I even remember the time ... it was a junior high New Year's eve thing with just me and one of my long lost friends growing up. We bought 3-4 boxes of candy each and rented those two games. Was an awesome night. We didnt sleep at all.
-
I just finally picked up Magic of Scheherazade a couple weeks ago. Such a good game, I also have fond memories of it and the casino haha.
-
Darko pointed me to one CIB on ebay a few weeks back. I bid on it but got sniped at the last second (per normal).
-
Mine was Crash Bandicoot, that I recently got back. I also think there is another game for PS1 called "ONE," I remember thinking it was so hard and couldnt even get past the first level so I'd like to check that out again.
-
Wild Arms: I rented it twice when I was growing up but I never got around to buying it.
WWF No Mercy: I used to own it but I sold it which I'm actually glad about it since I can buy it for WAY less than what I ended up selling it for.
Super Mario Kart: I have NEVER found this one in the wild so it remains a gap in my collection :(

I bought the first Kid Icarus a few years ago because I had always borrowed that from a friend (traded her every few weeks, that for Super Mario Bros. 3).
And it's funny that you mention Catz...I had Catz 3, which may have been the last one before P.F. Magic went out of business and Ubisoft screwed up the magic of those games. I used to breed Russian Blues in the game...now I own a real life Russian. (His name is Magus. ;D)

Honestly, I can't think of many games I played as a kid that I haven't already gotten, but there are a few. Super Pitfall and Paperboy for NES, and a handful of 2600 games are all that comes to mind. Pretty much everything else I want is stuff that I've never played before.
-
I think I have all the games I had growing up, the only thing I can think of would be a few of the older arcade machines I use to play.
-
I kept my 2600 games, but sold my NES and games when I was about 12. I only had about a dozen games for it and I believe the only one I originally owned and still haven't added to my collection is the original Mario. Bros (not SMB).
-
Crash Bandicoot 1-3, I let a friend borrow them long ago and she packed them up with her stuff when she had to move. Then she tells me her mother wouldn't let her get them out again...I still haven't replaced them but at least I got a copy of Xenogears from her in exchange. :3

Another couple that I have thought of are Game Boy games:
Revenge of the Gator: I loved playing this one on road trips
Motocross Maniacs: I don't think I ever got past the 3rd or 4th round but I love it.
-
Red Neck Rampage, I would love a copy of Red Neck Rampage. Not sure what I would run it on might have to use an emulator or something. I think they made a part 2, wonder why they never continued the series I loved that game. Get off my land!!!
-
Excitebike 64. I was kinda not good, but I loved it.
-
@scott, for me the best part of the game was the fact that the original is in there too.

I want a Resident Evil Longbox pretty bad. When we were kids we played it at my friend's house, he was one of the few with a PS. Anyway, he didn't have a memory card for the first few days and we had all the dialogue for the first 10 minutes memorized. We still joke about it to this day.

Someone I went on a game hunt with over the weekend picked up the RE longbox.
