Title: Bug: no valid session required to create item

Steps to reproduce (probably, can't check right now as I don't have anything to add to the DB atm):
1. Login
2. Submit new item
3. Fill all required fields
4. Wait for session to expire (or log out manually on different tab)
5. Submit item

Expected Result:
Error message about timed out session.

Actual Result:
Item gets created with no information about the user that created it (see https://vgcollect.com/item/133868 for an example, in History there's Created entry with user "NA" when actually the item was created by me).

Had you already submitted edits? The record you linked to looks fine to me.

Edit: ohhh, I see what you mean about that original creation history line. Hmmmm. I'll have to let the other admins weigh in on this one.

Its probably situations like this that also produce the occasionally blank entry.
