I think it's their IP and they have the right to protect it no matter how silly it seems to us.

In all seriousness, I didn't hear a single "FUS RO DAH" or "arrow in the knee" joke at PAX, so I think it is slowing down.
In comparison, many, many Portal 1/2 jokes were still being made. One booth even sold plush combustible lemons.

This is interesting. A lot of people make money off of that. Take Philip Defranco, he's made a t-shirt he sells. There is also a whole website dedicated to skyrim shirts and stuff...
