I know Kinect has pretty failed but I think stuff like this is still interesting and I hope they keep working on this technology.

Same. The technology is cool but none of this motion control will ever be anything more than a gimmick until it's can detect a perfect 1 to 1 motion.

The real problem with the Kinect is that it's just a gimmick along with almost every other form of motion control (including the Wii). It's cool to start up your system and use your hands to move around to a certain point, but in the long run, it's nothing more than a diversion until someone can perfect virtual reality.
